Up to 2000 sq ft. includes any pest paperwork requested by lender
Multi-Units Based on sq. ft., occupancy, investment, condo or town home	call for pricing
Commercial and Light-Industrial Based on type of building, location, sq. ft. and/or per concern	call for pricing
Crawl Space Inspections	$325 minimum
Scuba and snorkeling gear is extra.
