Inspections average 2.5 - 3 hours. At the completion of your home and pest inspection you will receive a printed, easy to read computerized copy of your report complete with color photos delivered on site. In addition to the printed copy you will receive a CD, containing a copy of your report with all photographs used in report hyper-linked to the full size photo, all photos taken at the inspection and a copy of your inspection agreement. Our goal is to have you leave the inspection with the knowledge and tools necessary to make an informed decision for any additional negotiations or repairs needed, with suggestions for continued maintenance tips.
