Completion Time for our Home Inspections

Inspections average 2.5 - 3 hours. After the completion of your home and pest inspection you will receive a printed, easy to read copy of your report complete with color photos.  Our goal is to have you leave the inspection with the knowledge and tools necessary to make an informed decision for any additional negotiations or repairs needed, with suggestions for continued maintenance tips. Not just an inspection - an education.

What to Expect at the Home Inspection

At Olympic Home Inspections, our home inspectors concentrate on hundreds of different items during a thorough survey, focusing on the major systems that make up most residential homes including: Structural, Exterior, Crawl Space, Pest Inspection, Basement, Interior, Plumbing, Electrical, and Heating. We check the safety and function of these systems and the construction practices applied, making sure everything was done correctly according to industry standards. Summary notes and items of concern are not meant to commit the buyer or seller for repairs, replacements or upgrades. Documentations of these findings, on your Olympic Home Inspections report, may help with decisions to buy, negotiate concerns, and determine costs that can be crucial to the home buying process.
